Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These terms govern all contracts between Tobias Weiss (tobias@cortada.app) and participants for Cortada beach volleyball camps and related services.
2. Registration & contract
A binding contract is formed when Cortada confirms your registration in writing. Joining the waitlist does not create a binding booking.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are stated in Euros and include applicable taxes. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation by participant
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to tobias@cortada.app. The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 60 days before the event: full refund
- 30–60 days before the event: 50% refund
- Fewer than 30 days before the event: no refund
You may transfer your spot to another person at no charge by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the event.
5. Cancellation by Cortada
Cortada reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient registrations or force majeure. In such cases, participants receive a full refund. Further claims are excluded unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct by Cortada.
6. Participation & health
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical condition to take part. Cortada is not liable for injuries arising from the participant's own negligence or pre-existing conditions. Participants agree to follow all safety instructions given by coaches.
7. Liability
Cortada's liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
8. Image & video rights
Photos and videos taken during camp sessions may be used by Cortada for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out by notifying us in writing before the event starts.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is the registered address of Cortada.
